Order our delicious pastries and pick them up from us on Fridays (they are left in the fridge with us if you prefer to pick up on Saturday instead) .
The fruit-shaped pastries are created like little works of art — they resemble their authentic role models but hide a core of intense fruit puree, enveloped in smooth mousse with the taste of the fruit they imagine. Each pastry is then dipped in a thin layer of organic chocolate and spray-painted by hand with cocoa colour for a lifelike expression.
Order your pastries here and pick them up at Salsta Castle from 11am on Friday onwards. Pickup is also possible on Saturday. The pastries are carefully packed in cartons.. Would you rather enjoy them on the spot in the coffee shop? Write a comment in the order and we will serve them on a side dish.
