A more beautiful world - a musical journey with Astrid Lindgren as a guide!

A more beautiful world is a fiery and humorous newly written theatre concert starring Astrid Lindgren, performed by the Swedish-Dutch duo De Andersons. Critics have called their performing arts “rarefied beautiful” and “inspiring in a world where beauty is at stake". Now they're inviting toA More Beautiful World with guest appearances by Stina Wollter.

The performance begins in a longing. Two people on stage, in the midst of a time chafing, with a stubborn sense that the world could be bigger, warmer and braver than the one we see around us. Once Astrid Lindgren opened the door there—not just to fairy tales, but to a way of seeing the world where fantasy is reality. where no one can do everything, but where everyone can do something.

Through that door we enter again with newly written songs, stories and a touch of rebellious humor. Here we move between everyday life and the world, between the child we were and the adult we have become, between the fear of not being enough and the courage to stretch out.

The show will be hosted by artist, writer and singer Stina Wollter, one of Sweden's most appreciated cultural personalities. With her warmth, presence, courage and her ability to combine humour, vulnerability and life wisdom, she has touched a large audience and become a valued inspiration and community voice. Her artistry does not allow itself to be captured in a single genre and continues to touch, challenge and inspire through visual arts, literature, music, radio and lectures.In A More Beautiful World Stina Wollter shares her unique voice and artistry, accompanied by musician and husband Micke Olsson Wollter, in an evening that revolves around the human longing for closeness, beauty and closeness opinion.
